What you will sell

ninjabot.app: an AI sales rep that companies put on their own database. It reaches out to contacts, books meetings, qualifies leads and handles a large part of the sales process entirely on its own. You sell it on two levels: as the app alone, or (the more interesting half) as the app with full deployment and management, where we run it for the client. The customer is not buying a tool, they are buying the result. It is one of the first solutions of its kind on the market.

Ninjabot is in its sixth year on the market, we are a team of 11, and we have over 400 business clients. We have spent years digitising and automating sales processes to order. That is the ground you build on. Your field is clear, though: the main product.

Why this role is different

You take the role over directly from founder Tomáš Knot, who has done all the closing himself so far. Now it passes to you. At your side is someone who has known the product since the first idea and has been selling for over 13 years, not a manager behind a desk.

It is not a leap into the unknown, either. We have two years of live selling behind us. The process is established, tested and working, so you get ready-made procedures and data on what works.

What awaits you

Leads come to you: 150 to 200 enquiries a month, and all of them go to you. Pre-qualified by our process and by ninjabot.app itself. You get warm meetings, not cold ground.
Your cycle: discovery call → proposal → closing → signature. After signing you hand over to delivery and move on to the next one.
Your own network earns you extra. Bring in companies our solution helps and you earn on it twice.
Upsell with existing customers. You stay in touch with Kuba, our project manager, who will tell you in good time when an upsell opportunity comes up. On top of that you run sales upsell campaigns together with our AI sales rep.
Consultative selling, not a script. You understand how the client sells. You show them where ninjabot.app will actually make them money.
80% of our sales process is automated with AI in the loop. Admin and repetitive tasks fall away. What is left for you is the main thing: a great discovery call and closing the deal.

Who we are looking for

Years of B2B sales behind you and results you can prove.
Rejection does not weigh on you. When things are not going well, you reset yourself and carry on.
You lead yourself. Remote does not mean you need supervision, it means room.
AI is a natural part of how you work and think, and you want to be where the direction is set.
You quickly grasp even a complex product and explain it to a client simply.
You can be relied on: you do what you promise, own your mistakes, and pull for the company, not just for your pay.
You speak Czech or Slovak, clearly and like a human.
