Agent management

It is set up and run by somebody who understands selling.

An agent is only as good as the sales brief it was given. If you have neither the time nor the appetite for that part, we do it for you and keep tuning it from what the conversations show.

What we actually do.

This is not a support line. It is sales work that somebody at your company would otherwise be doing.

01
A sales consultation

We go deep on who you sell to, what troubles your customers and what objections you hear. Without this part, training an agent is guesswork.

02
Training and testing

We train the agent on what we found and run it through dozens of scenarios until it sells like your best rep.

03
Designing the campaign

Which segment to approach, with what topic, and how fast. A painful problem pulls; a slightly cheaper tariff does not.

04
Continuous tuning

We read what the conversations show and adjust the brief. This is the difference between a campaign that gives you its number in month one and then plateaus, and one that climbs.

Most AI tools die in practice. Here is why.

A tool is bought in an afternoon. The sales brief it stands on is not written in one, and more to the point it is not fixed in one either.

Implementation starts at €1,500. The licence runs separately, by the month.

Implementation is a one-off and depends on how many agents we build and what gets connected. You get the exact figure in a quote after a short consultation, because promising a price for a system we have not seen makes no sense. The worst case you face is that you pay for the implementation and decide not to carry on.

What people ask about the service.

What exactly does the €1,500 cover?

It is the floor for implementing one agent: designing how it should work inside your systems, configuring it, testing it and tuning it into live use. The sales training, the channels, the calendar and your CRM are separate items and most of them are optional, so you can start cheaper and add to it once results are in.

Who does it on your side?

Somebody who understands selling, not a technician. Training an agent is sales work: it means understanding who you sell to and why people tell you no. The technical part is the easy half.

Do we have to take it to get started?

No. The app carries a reference configuration and a walkthrough, and plenty of companies set the agent up themselves. Agent management is for the case where nobody has the capacity to look at it every week, which is exactly where these projects usually fall apart.

Talk to the team that would run it.

The consultation commits you to nothing, and you leave it with an estimate rather than a five-year contract.
