You do not have to move anywhere.

The agents read context out of your CRM, write conversations back into it, create deals and tasks, and book into your calendar. Your team stays where it is used to working.

RayNet and Pipedrive routinely · Other CRMs with an API to order · SMS and email need no integration

What actually crosses that connection.

Not a wall of logos but a direction. What the agent takes out of your system, and what shows up in it when a conversation ends.

A connection is a one-off outside the licence and depends on what is being connected. We do not price an integration into a system we have not seen before a short analysis. And if you have no CRM you need none of this: a complete one is part of every plan.

How the setup runs.

01
We look at what you have

A short analysis of your system and your calendar. Without it we do not quote a bespoke integration.

02
Access is arranged once

An account in the CRM and in the calendar for the agent. We need nothing else from your IT.

03
We connect it and test it

On a dry run first, not straight into your live pipeline. A field mapped wrong should surface before a customer sees it.

04
Your team learns nothing new

They work in the same place they did last week. The only change is that finished cases keep appearing in it.

The cheapest integration is the one you do not need.

If you have no CRM, or you run on spreadsheets, the complete CRM is part of every plan and the rollout is not held up by an integration at all. Connect things when there is something to connect.

What people ask about this part.

We have a bespoke system. Will it work?

If it has an API, we connect it. We price it after a short analysis. Until that is done you can run on the CRM in the app and lose no time.

What does setup cost?

It is a one-off outside the licence and depends on what is being connected. Most of those items are optional, so you can start cheaper and add to it once results are in.

Will connecting burn our domain?

We recommend a separate domain for sending so your normal mail stays out of the risk. We watch its reputation and set the campaign up so it does not look like a mailshot.
