You brief it like a new colleague. In two hours.
You tell it who it is, what you sell, who you want in the meeting and how to behave. No developer and no AI specialist: you need to know how to sell your own product.
A reference configuration in the app · A video walkthrough · Or we train it with you
The five things you tell it.
No prompts and no conditionals. A form a commercial director can read.
A drawn schematic, not a screenshot. We walk the real interface on the demo.
- Qualifying is the heart of itTwo or three questions that tell the agent whether a meeting is worth having. The rest of the setup sits around them.
- It answers from your materialYou do not retype products and prices here. It refers to the know-how database you upload once.
- What it must not touchWhat it cannot promise, what it does not discuss, when to hand over to a person. It keeps rules better than most human reps.
- Test it, do not launch itThe configurator leads to test mode, not to a live database. That is deliberate.
What gets set.
Name, role and tone. The agent speaks as itself, an assistant to your team, never as a specific person.
What you offer and at what price. The detail comes from the know-how database; here you set the scope.
How it spots a serious buyer and who it turns down politely. Tightened or loosened at any time.
What it must not promise, when to hand over, which CRM fields it may draw on.
Changing the setup is an afternoon, not a project.
Too many browsers coming through? Tighten the criteria. Want more meetings? Loosen them. Nobody touches code and nobody waits on a developer, so the agent is tuned at the pace of sales rather than the pace of IT.
The rest of the platform.
Eight things behind Alex and Bea. This is one of them.
What people ask about this part.
Can a non-technical person really do this?
Yes. The app carries a reference configuration and a video walkthrough. Anyone who can think like a sales person can train the agent. Anyone without the time can buy the managed service.
How many agents can we configure?
One, up to three, or unlimited, depending on the plan. Each can have its own training and its own database, so one works former customers while another works cold contacts.
What if the AI model behind it changes?
You reconfigure nothing. New models are tested and rolled out centrally and your configuration stays exactly as it is.
