You paid for a hundred leads.
Ten of them can buy.
Ads bring hundreds of enquiries. Most of them are not relevant, and finding out which ones are means working through them contact by contact: a first call, a second attempt to reach them, a third. Alex works all of them and passes your rep only the ones that meet your criteria.

These figures describe the market as companies themselves see it. They are not our measurements and we do not present them as such.
Two different things it costs you.
Qualifying is expensive and slow
A company pays for the ads, hundreds of enquiries arrive, and before the sales team knows who can actually buy it has been through first calls, second and third attempts to get through, meetings, quotes and follow-ups. That manual qualifying costs both time and money, and companies routinely get far less out of their leads than they could.
Reps lose their motivation and their speed
When most of the leads are irrelevant, reps go numb. They call later, give up after a single failed attempt, and mark the lead as handled so the manager stops asking. The enquiry arrives at 17:30, a manager notices it in the morning, assigns it, the rep has meetings until lunch, tries a call in the afternoon and gets no answer, and the next attempt is the following day. That is not the exception, it is normal practice.
One day of ad enquiries, worked twice.
The same list as it goes today and as it goes with Alex. The track beside each row is the number of contact attempts: one opening message and three follow-ups is the whole sequence. An empty slot is an attempt nobody made.

The six steps Alex takes on every enquiry.
- Captures and files it
- Checks the contact is real
- Starts the conversation
- Finds the motivation
- Checks your qualifying criteria
- Decides and hands over
- 01
Captures and files it
The customer fills in the form from the ad or sends an email. Alex turns it into a contact and a deal in the CRM automatically and gets in touch immediately. Nothing waits for someone to notice it.
- 02
Checks the contact is real
First he confirms this is a real, reachable contact rather than a made-up number or somebody else’s address. On paid-ad enquiries that is the first big filter.
- 03
Starts the conversation
The first message is not there to sell, it is there to get a reply and a conversation going. Over SMS and email, in office hours and outside them.
- 04
Finds the motivation
Why they filled the form in at all and what they are really solving. On ad leads the answer is often different from what the form said.
- 05
Checks your qualifying criteria
The two or three key questions that identify a relevant enquiry at your company. You set them, and you can tighten or loosen them at any time.
- 06
Decides and hands over
A relevant prospect gets a meeting or a call booked straight into the rep’s calendar, an invitation to both sides, a notification to the rep, and everything written into the CRM. An irrelevant one is told politely why you cannot help in this case.
We do not yet have a publishable figure from a client for this use case, and we are not going to invent one. What you can check for yourself: before Alex sees a single live enquiry from your ads, you write to him yourself in test mode, and then AI testing puts him through hundreds of conversations with a simulated customer. You see exactly what he asks, who he passes on and who he turns down.
