How it works

The agent works on its own. Your team touches it twice.

Once when you set it up. Then every time somebody says yes. In between, this is what happens.

Live in 14 days · Three to four hours of your time · No commitment

Every contact ends somewhere. None of them sits in “sent”.

These are all the states a contact can reach, grouped by what your team has to do about each one.

  1. 01In the queueYou upload a list, or a contact drops in from a form. The agent takes the oldest first and holds the daily cap you set, so your calendar never fills faster than you can work it.
  2. 02The agent is talkingIt writes SMS or email, answers from your own material, checks your qualifying criteria, and offers only the slots a rep genuinely has free.It follows up on its own

If a contact goes quiet, the agent comes back after the number of days you set, up to the number of attempts you set, and only then closes the case. Every single contact gets that sequence, which is a guarantee no human rep can give you.

  • A meeting in the calendarThe slot is confirmed, the invitation went to both sides, and the whole conversation is in the CRM. Your own person takes it from here.CompletedPassed on, interested
  • Something wants a handThe number or the address does not work, or somebody on your side switched the agent off for that contact. Both show up as a task rather than as silence.Wrong contactManual review
  • No answerIt used every attempt. The difference between never answering and answering then going quiet matters for the next round, so the two are kept apart. No reactionLost interest
  • DeclinedEither the customer said no, or the agent turned them down for missing your criteria. The contact is not deleted: when something about them changes, it is visible why you set them aside.Declined by the customerDeclined by the agent

These are the states you will see in the app, not a simplification for the website. You can filter, export and build the next campaign on them.

What the agent has to hand while it writes.

It invents nothing. Every answer stands on something you gave it.

01
Your brief

Identity, product, qualifying criteria, handover rules, and what it must not touch. This is the part you set up the way you would brief a new colleague.

02
Your material

Price lists, common questions, objection handling, case studies. It reads from them as it writes, so it answers in your words rather than in general ones.

03
Your calendar

It sees when a rep is genuinely free and offers only those slots. That is why a meeting never lands on a busy hour and nobody moves it by hand.

04
The whole history

It remembers what has been said, so it does not ask the same thing twice, and a follow-up a week later carries on instead of starting over.

Live in 14 days. Your time: three to four hours.

The rest is ours. Here is what happens across the fortnight, and when it touches you.

  1. Day 1 to 3

    Onboarding

We close the order, create the accounts and hand over access.

  2. Day 4 to 7

    Sales consultation and setup

Ninety minutes with you about who you sell to and what objections you hear. Identity, product, qualifying and tone are set from that.

  3. Day 7 to 12

    Testing

You switch into test mode and write to the agent as if you were the customer. We tune it until every answer sits right with you.

  4. Day 13 to 14

    Connection and the first batch

We connect the channels, the calendar and your CRM if there is one, then release the first fifty to a hundred contacts. Not the whole list.

The first batch is fifty contacts, not the whole database.

A small batch shows what is wrong with the brief and gets it fixed before the rest of your list ever sees it. A database you paid for over years does not go out blind.

What people ask about how it runs.

Do I need to be technical to set it up?

No. You need no developer and no AI specialist, you need to know how to sell your own product. Anyone who can think like a salesperson can train the agent. And if you have no time for it, we will do it with you or for you.

How do I find out what it will write before it reaches my customers?

You switch into test mode and write to the agent yourself, playing the customer. You try how it opens, how it asks, how it handles an objection and how it offers a slot. Only then does the first batch go out.

What if I need to pull somebody out of the campaign?

You switch the agent off on that deal and no further message goes out. The case closes as a manual review, so it is visible that a person is handling it rather than disappearing among the ones that never answered.

How many times will it approach somebody before giving up?

You set it yourself: how many days to wait and how many attempts to make. Typically one opening message and three follow-ups. It sounds like a lot, but a meaningful share of people still answer the fourth, and the point is that everybody gets it.
