The database you already paid for can earn a second time.
Bea works through your database, the contacts with a history, the old leads, the quotes nobody ever answered, and finds who is ready to talk now. She picks up what you already know about them, follows up on a schedule, and books the meeting straight into your rep’s calendar.

A shortened transcript of a real conversation. The contact’s name and the company’s have been changed.
This is a database somebody finally worked all the way through.
Not one figure at the end but the whole path: how many contacts were written to, how many replied, how many of those were real, and how many a rep ended up sitting down with.

The real Statistics screen in Ninjabot, with figures from one running campaign. No customer’s name is in the panel: without it this is an illustration of the app, not a claim about a named company. The figures are aggregates and carry no personal data.
The database you invested in says nothing.
These are not missing enquiries. This is a database you paid for, with business in it that nobody carried over the line.
Finding and keeping people who will make cold calls gets harder every year. Whoever is good at it does not stay in a job that starts from zero every morning. So companies leave the database alone rather than pay for hiring and churn.
A call, a meeting, a quote sent. Going back to them is known to pay, and it still does not happen. The database you paid for once lies untouched.
Even companies who know one product leads to the next rely on a rep happening to remember. Almost nobody does it systematically.
Out of 100 quotes sent, 5 to 10 people come back on their own. With two or three reminders that normally reaches 20 to 30, without a single extra quote. Only because somebody went back.
The consistency a human team cannot keep up.
Eight steps done the same way on the thousandth contact as on the first. This is the part people give up on first, because it is dull and the answer comes on the third attempt.

Picks who to approach
By segment, by history, or by how long it has been. Who and how often is yours to set.
You decide who
- 02Bea
Picks up what you already know
She pulls the notes, the history and the context out of the CRM, so what she writes is personal, not a mailshot with a name dropped in.
Not a template with a name
- 03Bea
Opens the conversation
The first message is not there to sell. It is there to get a reply, because nothing else can be found out until there is one.
The first goal is a reply
- 04Bea
Finds out whether it is live now
Not every contact in a database is ready to talk at the same moment. Bea tells the one who is dealing with something else from the one who is dealing with this.
Now, or in six months
- 05Bea
Follows up, usually three times
Exactly the work human reps abandon first, and a meaningful share of people reply on the third and fourth message. Every contact gets the sequence. With a human rep you never have that certainty.

Handles objections and questions
She answers from your own material, from price lists, references and case studies, not from a script.

Books the meeting, or closes the contact
The slot comes from the rep’s own calendar. On one running campaign Bea ruled out 267 contacts of 742 herself, because they did not meet the brief, and the rep never saw them.
267 of 742 did not pass

Cleans the database on the way
She sorts the contacts into the ones worth talking to and the ones you can delete. A side benefit nobody ever gets round to by hand across thousands of records.
A side benefit, free
The seventh step is pink on purpose. Bea gets you to the table; your own person closes.
Four lists you already have and nobody has worked.
Each has a page of its own showing how that case runs, step by step.
She wakes up the database nobody calls, because nobody wants to cold call. Contacts that would otherwise wait for a call that never comes.
Reaching cold contactsShe picks up the history already in your CRM: what was said, where it stopped. Not a mailshot, a personal continuation.
Contacts who already know youShe offers the next step at the moment it makes sense, systematically. Not when somebody happens to remember.
Upsell and cross-sellShe goes back until there is a clear yes, no, or later. That takes replies from 5 to 10% up to 20 to 30%, on the same quote.

The agent answers the form itself, establishes motivation and the technical detail, and scores potential against clear criteria. Relevant cases go to Raynet CRM complete. Over two months that saved €3,800 against a junior rep’s salary.
Read the case study“Ninjabot sent 444 people into our calendars in one month, all of them ready to deal with the subsidy and the retrofit now. After a week we had to slow it down, because our regional reps could not keep up with the on-site surveys.”
“Without active outreach we would struggle to generate new opportunities at this scale.”
“The biggest value is not just the time saved, it is the quiet of knowing the whole process works and that we have it under control.”
What people ask us about Bea.
We do not have a database. Is this for us?
We can build one: shortlist companies by signal, find the contacts, and enrich them with the context there is to pick up on. It is not a feature in the app, we do it as a bespoke service.
We only have a cold bought list. Will it work?
It will work, but expect low single digits. The difference between "info@ and a company name" and "a named person whose problem we know" is a multiple in conversion. If there is nothing to hold on to in your list, we start by putting the context in.
Will it annoy people? Will we burn the list?
It is not a mailshot. Bea holds a conversation, answers what the person actually writes, and when somebody says no she thanks them and stops. We run in batches and review the first hundred contacts before releasing the rest.
How many times will it write before giving up?
One opening message and usually three follow-ups. It sounds like a lot, but a meaningful share of people still reply to the fourth. What matters is that every contact gets the sequence. With a human rep you never have that certainty.
Can we clean the database at the same time?
Yes, and it is the side benefit people underrate. Bea goes through contacts nobody has touched in years and sorts them into the ones worth talking to and the ones you can delete.
How often can the same contact be approached again?
It differs by trade: every two months in some, once a year in others. We set it to the length of your customers’ decision cycle.
Will the customer know they are writing to an AI?
Bea does not pose as a particular person from your team and does not lie when asked directly. She works under her own name as your sales team’s assistant.
Bea wakes up the database. Alex handles what arrives on its own.
If your problem is not a database sitting idle but enquiries you have to answer fast, that is Alex’s work.
