Before it writes, it reads what you know about them.
The email history, the meeting notes, the past quotes and the call records. Out of those comes a brief for one particular approach, not a template with a name dropped in.
Draws only on the fields you allow · Works on thin histories too
Four sources, one line nobody reads as a broadcast.
This is the difference between personalisation and a merge field.
A drawn schematic, not a screenshot. We walk the real interface on the demo.
- It reads what you haveNothing is scraped from the internet. It uses the history your company paid for when it first spoke to that person.
- Allowed fields onlyInternal scoring and notes between colleagues do not enter. You set which fields it may draw on.
- A brief, not a messageThe output is an approach: what to pick up, what stalled last time, what may have changed. The agent writes the message from it.
- Specific, not generalA reference to a real past conversation is the only thing that separates outreach from a mailshot.
Where it comes from.
What you and the contact wrote, including where it stalled last time.
From meetings and calls, if you keep them. If you do not, it works with what there is.
What you sent, at what price, and how it ended.
Industry, size, the state of the deal. Only from fields you allow.
The work a good rep does in the ten minutes before a call.
Except they do it for five contacts a day, not a thousand. This is the one place the machine is not doing the same thing faster; it is doing it for all of them equally, which nobody can do by hand.
The rest of the platform.
Eight things behind Alex and Bea. This is one of them.
What people ask about this part.
What if a contact has no history at all?
Then there is nothing to pick up and the approach is more general. That is why a cold database is measured in single-digit percentages while contacts with history run higher.
Will it pull our internal notes?
Only the fields you allow in the configuration. Internal scoring and notes between colleagues stay out.
Do we see what it prepared before it goes?
Yes. In test mode you walk the whole approach before a single live message is sent.
