For owners of companies with 5+ reps

How many millions a year do you throw away because your senior reps are doing an assistant’s job?

Five or more reps and flat profits? An AI sales rep takes over the outreach, the qualifying and the booking, and leaves your team only the meetings worth having.

Where the AI sales rep already works

The problem

Why profits stall even with a full sales team.

Your senior reps spend a large part of the day on admin instead of selling. That is how deals go missing without anyone noticing.

Forgotten enquiries

An enquiry lands on Friday evening. Someone opens it on Monday, someone on Wednesday, someone never. The customer has signed elsewhere and you never find out.

Expensive people doing cheap work

A senior rep copies contacts into the CRM, writes follow-ups and hunts for a free slot. That hour could have closed something.

Running the company on a hunch

How many enquiries went unanswered? Where did the deal stall? When half the history lives in people’s heads and private inboxes, you manage on impressions.

Hiring is an expensive nightmare

Finding, paying and training a good rep takes months and costs a fortune. A year later they can resign and take the contacts with them.

The AI sales rep answers it

Today is the last day you lose an opportunity this way.

The agent holds the first contact, the qualifying and the booking. Your rep opens the calendar and sees only what passed your criteria.

01
Enquiries answered at once

The agent replies by itself, day or night, and asks about budget, timing and authority before anyone on the team gets to the message.

02
No more irrelevant meetings

An irrelevant case is closed with an explanation and never reaches the calendar. Your rep does not drive to meetings that lead nowhere.

03
Higher conversion, leaner selling

The full transcript, objections included, is in the CRM before the rep picks up the phone. They walk in prepared rather than blind.

Changing the rules for teams of five reps and up

What the AI sales rep does for you.

Take the admin off your reps. Let the AI do it so they can sell.

Building the customer database

Finds the right contacts

Searches out companies and people matching your ideal customer profile and opens the first conversation.

Warms up an old database

Works through contacts that have sat in your CRM for years and surfaces the ones with the problem right now.

Writes personally, not from a template

Every message comes out of what we know about the contact, and is logged to the CRM as it goes.

Scheduling and meetings

Books the slot

Offers free times, confirms one, and files the meeting with the rep who will run it.

Handles the objection

It does not argue. It grants the objection and narrows the brief to what the meeting is actually about.

Follows up at the right moment

It watches quiet threads and comes back when it makes sense, not a week later on a template.

Confirms the date in advance

It checks the slot still holds and offers an alternative before a no-show turns into a lost deal.

Analysis and control

Briefs the rep

Pulls facts from the website, LinkedIn and the earlier conversation into a single card.

Writes the meeting note

The note is in the CRM straight after the call, so the whole team reads it, not just whoever was there.

Shows where deals stall

The funnel from first contact to signature in one view, with numbers nobody retypes.

Grades the conversations

AI analysis reads the transcripts and tells you which phrasings won a slot and which killed the thread.

Automated selling

Answers enquiries immediately

It replies to the form, the SMS and the email whatever the hour and however many arrived at once.

Qualifies on your criteria

It asks about budget, timing and authority, then either hands the case over or closes it.

Hands over to a person

The moment a conversation needs a human, the agent passes it to a colleague with the full context.

Keeps one process

Every enquiry goes through the same steps, so the outcome does not depend on who was on duty.

Natural enough that the customer never realises they are texting an AI.

A real exchange, trimmed only of the greetings. Watch the fourth message: the objection is granted, not argued, and the brief narrows. Then watch what is left behind.

  1. Hello Peter, Alex here from Ninjabot, thank you for your enquiry about our AI sales rep. I can see your team works mostly on outbound. What made you start looking at an AI rep right now?

  2. 4 minutes

Hi Alex. It is getting hard to find good salespeople who are willing to call and be turned down all day.

  3. That makes sense. Our AI rep could take the first contact and hand your people only the ones who show interest. Would you like to go through it on a call or an online meeting?

  4. 2 minutes

We are not selling bread rolls. I cannot picture an AI talking to our customers.

  5. The AI rep is not meant to sell your solution. It only makes the first contact and finds out who wants to talk to you about it. We can show you on a short online meeting. Does tomorrow at 2pm work?

  6. 6 minutes

Interesting. Tomorrow is out. Could you do Thursday afternoon?

  7. 1pm or 3pm would both work.

  8. 3pm please.

    Delivered

  9. Great, thank you for confirming. I am booking Thursday at 3pm and you will meet my colleague, who will take you through everything. Have a good evening.

“Ninjabot sent 444 people into our calendars in one month, all of them ready to deal with the subsidy and the retrofit now. After a week we had to slow it down, because our regional reps could not keep up with the on-site surveys.”

“The biggest value is not just the time saved, it is the quiet of knowing the whole process works and that we have it under control.”

Frequently asked

Questions? We have answers.

Can you really get leads automatically? And is it even legal?

Yes, and entirely legally. We build the systems to meet GDPR and the terms of the platforms they run on. No workarounds, no risk of a ban. On LinkedIn the agent works with public data: it visits a profile, reacts to a post and sends a human-written message with one aim, to open a conversation. SMS campaigns go only to your own database, to people who already know you. There the agent talks in real time, knows the context, handles an objection and books the slot straight into the calendar.

I can set up automated emails and a booking form myself. What do I need an AI rep for?

Anyone can send an automated email and connect a calendar. But new business is not sending a message and waiting. It is a sequence of precise steps that have to arrive at the right time, read personally and hold together. The agent finds the contacts and approaches them, sends a personal message and logs it to the CRM, answers the enquiry, handles the objection, books the slot, prepares for the meeting from the website, LinkedIn and the earlier thread, writes the note afterwards and follows up exactly when it makes sense. While you are in one meeting, the agent is setting up the next three.

An AI cannot replace a real salesperson.

We agree, and that is not the goal. Human reps are not going anywhere. Their work changes for the better: no more time lost on finding contacts, arranging meetings, writing emails and updating the CRM. From our own projects we know the agent handles most of the routine work a person would otherwise do, so the same team carries far more business without a single hire.

Can you trust what the AI writes to customers?

The agent does not improvise. Every message comes out of a sales brief you set and approve: it knows your price lists, your objection notes and your case studies, and it answers only from what you gave it. It has scripts for the situations that come up, and it does not invent what it does not know. The moment a conversation needs a person, it hands over to a colleague with the full context.
